A good place to share full sized photos for free.
Hello! I'm looking for a good website where my family and I can easily pass Full Sized photos back and forth for free. Right now we have to email them to each other in batches and it is just a pain. Yahoo Photos crops the pics down to a smaller size which is also a pain! I want the full size pics every holiday because I want to print them for my scrapbook. Any suggestions of a good website for this?
Are You A Freebie Fanatic?
Hi everyone,Over the last few years I have been very lucky with receiving the most useful freebies in the post. I am so addicted to them and love to see something that I will really use come through the letterbox - for free! The first really useful freebie I got was when I was pregnant second time round. And it couldn't have come on a better day. I was feeling a bit down and I got this hair care hamper set from Paul Mitchell, and it was such a treat! I don't even know how I got it as I didn't remember applying for it or entering a competition either.Since then, I get a good freebie at least once a month - mostly cosmetics mind. Rimmell and Maybelline must love me, as I get good mascaras and lip sticks from them, I also got a full sized tube of fake tan and a nail varnish from Sally Hansen.I also from time to time get great household products as freebies, like a full pack of Fairy Dishwasher tablets and I have a Febreeze set winging its' way to me one of these days. It's great because these are products I would use and normally cost an arm and a leg.The clever part is knowing where to look, so I have a few sites I visit regularly and others I receive a...
Recovering quickly
I have soccer tryouts for my highschool this week. We were supposed to go 9-11:30 in the morning, and 6-8:30 at night everyday for 4 days. That's how it is today, but due to scheduling complications it is now 10-4 tommorrow, 10-4 friday, and 10-2 saturday. I am tired today already because we did all conditioning and running in the morning, and we are playing small sided and full-sized games at night. I need a quick way to recover as good as possible so I can have a good tryout. I am planning on drinking lots of water, eating a good lunch, and I am going to go take a nap in little bit. Can anyone help me out? I really need to have a good tryout.
Would You Do a Video Review for a Free Product?
A friend of mine just did a video review for a product. In exchange for the video review she got a free full sized bottle of the product. Would you do a video that will be seen by thousands for a free product?
Free Cosmetics
So I am just curious. How many of you here in the US went to a Dillard's yesterday and picked up a free cosmetic? There was a lawsuit that a lot of the big name companies were overcharging, and part of the settlement was giving away one free full sized produce to everyone who signed a petition saying they had bought one of the companies' products. There were only certain products, but a nice selection to choose from.If you got your free cosmetic, what did you choose? I chose Estee Lauder's Advanced Night Repair.
Black Lake Golf Course
Black Lake Golf Course in Onaway, Mich is apart of a thousand acres retreat. On these acres there is a beautiful gym with two full-sized basketball courts, an Olympic-size indoor pool, exercise, weight room, table-tennis, pool tables, a sauna, beaches, walking, bike trails, softball, soccer fields, a boat launch ramp, and a 27 million dollar family education center. Who owns such a fancy spread, a corporation with too much money that it does not know what to with it, sorry but no. So who owns such a resort, the United Auto Workers.
Why Is It So Hard To Get A Little Support, Sometimes?
i've mentioned on here in the past about the road construction in my hometown, and how it's paralysed the bus system in my area of town. They've moved the bus stop a good 4 blocks up the street, and that's too far for me to walk. I moved into this apartment specifically because of the bus stop. I got a bright idea, and that was to borrow a wheelchair from a relative (the wheelchair belonged to a deceased relative, and I thought that this person's son might still have it!) and use that to transport myself to the bus stop. The busses in town are almost all wheelchair accessible. So I call my mother, and ask her if she knows if this relative still has the chair, and what his cellphone number is, since he's a hard guy to catch at home. Do you think she likes the idea? Nope, not a bit! First off, she's worried I'll roll down the walkway hill, right into traffic. Oh yeah? Surely she knows me well enough to know that I will WALK DOWN the little hill, and get into the chair on the lower level of the sidewalk. As for the smaller hills going up and down the street to and from the bus stop, yeah, hard work indeed, but inpossible. If there is one thing I know how to do, it's control a...
Mini laptops...
Anyone else have the pleasure of using or owning a Dell mini laptop? I just recieved one as a gift today and thought I would share with my mylot family how much I absolutely love it! It is so incredibly tiny and I think I will get alot of use of it when on the go. It doesn't hold much in memory- but for online purposes and emailing it is just perfect. I can keep in touch anywhere I go now without having to lug around a full sized laptop (which I have done for years). My sister also recieved one and it is going to be just perfect for her to carry around the college campus. Would you get much use out of a mini laptop? Or is your full-sized one good enough for you?
What do you buy when you go to Walmart?
Let's see, the first thing I must do is locate the cart with the one wobbly wheel which seems to be any cart that I will grab first. Then I need to go through the first isle. You know the isle, it's the one behind the eighty year old greeter that has all the things you love at a dirt-cheap discounted price. Whoa! The 2 gallon bottles of "Pepsi", only thirty-one cents. Sixty-five pound bag of Lay's ruffled potato chips, one dollar and forty-one cents Twenty pack of full-sized "Hershey's" chocolate bars, buy one, get two free.Who's pricing these Items?Satan?I originally went in to buy a simple pack of tube socks. Nothing special about them, just 6 in the pack. No stripes, No sports logos, just tube socks. The price was awesome, so, I bought two packs!Damn Walmart! By the time I was at the register, I noticed that the cart wheel had suddenly straightened up because of the weight of all the stuff I was buying that was in it.Two 20 packs of AAA batteries! A large bottle of fish oil.A LARGE BOTTLE OF FISH OIL! (what the...?)Four boxes of Jumbo-sized Captain Crunch!(Why did I buy that? I only eat Mini-Wheats!)Eight...
Have you ever tried Avon beauty products?
Today, I got a catalog from a local Avon rep. The prices are really nice. For instance, they have five Avon Moisture Therapy items for $10. That's ten dollars for all five items, not just ten dollars each. Way more affordable than store bought. Full sized products, too. Not just samples.Very affordable and in my price range. Love getting more for my money.Have not tried Avon skin care products in years. I'm thinking about buying something from Avon. Have you ever used Avon? What's your favorite Avon product? And how do you prefer to buy Avon, online or from a local rep through a catalog?
